joint mobilisations - MOBS

Mobilisation of the joints involves skilled passive joint movements within the control of the patient and within the range of the joint.

The goals of joint mobilisations are to reduce pain and restore the active range of motion to compromised joints through oscillating movements.

Our form of Mobilisations (Levels 1-4) DO NOT involve the type of high-velocity low amplitude thrusts generally associated with chiropractic adjustments

This is a great example of the type of a mobilisations we utilise. In this case the mobilisation technique is used to in crease thoracic extension. Similar techniques can be utilised to increase mobility of most joints of the body
